We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to join our team. You will work closely with the CRM Manager. The ideal candidate will possess good creativity, a can-do attitude, the ability to execute a task flawlessly, proactivity and superior precision.
Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the CRM manager, contribute to the execution of the CRM strategy for multi-brand clients.

Execute the whole campaign process flow, liaising with all the relevant departments to perform all the necessary checks, set up of back office and follow up of promo results.

Create and update templates and procedures for the Customer Retention path, including writing e-mails, setting up templates in html and setup SMS campaigns.

Build T&C pages templates in html and links, testing them every time to ensure flawless execution.

Support in the creation of campaigns and in the co-ordination with all relevant stakeholders (design team, Content Managers, Product Managers and etc.).

Aid the Department Manager with building and developing a strong CRM program for shops, online betting and product cross over.

Aid the Department Management with continually generating interesting and engaging competitions / promotions and reasons to bet with our group.

Work closely with the Content, Design, Fraud and Data warehouse teams; ensuring all the departments are aligned on CRM activities and making sure all deliveries are correct and within deadlines

Work with the Department Management with ensuring all CRM, Promotional content / messaging are compliant and that industry standards are enforced.

Assist the Department Management with overseeing fault resolution for assigned websites/areas – acting as point of contact between Marketing and IT.
Desired Skills and Experience:

Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written. You need to be able to express yourself clearly and creatively.

Marketer mindset: being able to see the customer base at a macro level and act on insights

Artistic taste: knowledge of art, advertisement, literature, trends and trendsetters, both past
and current.

Able to work independently as well as being a team player in a flat hierarchy and a fast paced
environment where things are constantly changing.

Previous online CRM experience (1 year +).

Knowledge of html.

Experience of managing and maintaining CRM systems and experience of digital retention
strategies is an advantage.

Good understanding of web analytics; email broadcast tools and client patterns and running
reports.

Keen eye for data.

Analytical mind-set to learn from mistakes and being able to get actionable insights from them.

Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple campaigns.

Strong and proven MS Excel skills.
