We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking and data-driven digital performance marketing manager to join us and help us grow the business further.
You will need to be hands-on and operative from day one, as well as having strong analytical skills.
We've spent the past year shaping the basics of our digital marketing effort, you'll help the Digital Performance Marketing Lead build processes to 10x everything.
You'll work closely with and learn from a team of Product Marketers, in-house Creatives, and Data Scientists.
Along with the Digital Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll be managing a multi-million dollar user acquisition budget. You’ll have ownership over a set of countries within our global UA strategy.
Manage the day-to-day of campaigns across various platforms: Google, Facebook, Snap, Apple, TikTok and more.
Work alongside in house creatives to spec high performance ad assets
Optimise campaigns with data scientists in order to improve performance continuously.
1+ years experience in a performance manager role (agency or client-side), ideally with a focus on mobile acquisition
A basic understanding of the technical side of app user acquistion or a desire to learn, good analytical skills and always look into improving processes (e.g. automation of reporting, marketing activity etc)
Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (UAC campaigns a plus). Bonus points for Snap, TikTok and Apple.
Good project management and communication skills. You will need to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
Eager to learn, you'll bring passion and expertise to the exciting future we are building.
Implement user acquisition strategies including (but not limited to) UAC, paid social, display, video and programmatic.
Build clear presentations in order to communicate the acquisition strategy for a wide range of stakeholders, both upwards and downwards.
Work with Digital Performance Marketing Lead to create and maintain a 'Best Practices' knowledge bank that can be applied to new market launches, new campaigns etc.
Track organic reach of all aspects of the business and add value in terms of boosting this
Tracking & Reporting
Coordinate the implementation of tracking and ensure its integrity with engineering teams.
Work closely with the data science team in order to build accurate and well organised reporting
