Sales Director at CTEX Markets

We've started well with the right team and a product that addresses a number of key market needs but now it's time for us to grow - and that's where you come in.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our company and lead the Sales function.

What we're looking for:

• Communication is the key to our success. You grasp concepts quickly and know how to make the complex easy to understand. 
• Navigating complex environments to drive results. 
• You drive results and exceed expectations to identify new ways to grow our business and expand current partnerships

• Must be proactive, highly analytical, and a driven self-starter with superior interpersonal skills and sales abilities

• Must possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

The Problems You’ll Solve:

• Prospect - Engage with companies who reach out to CTEX Markets with interest via our website and LinkedIn
• Outreach - Execute a thoughtful, "every lead matters" cold outreach campaign to companies in the financial services space. This role is 100% outbound based.
• Collaborate - Work with CTEX Markets partners/directors to secure meetings and follow deals through close

• You’ll engage with  the financial services community to intimately understand their business and how CTEX Markets can help bring digital assets to their platforms. You'll help grow a fledgling enterprise into an industry staple.
