Learning Advisor at Gousto

The Learning Advisor will become part of the People Team who are at the heart of the scale up journey here at Gousto. The People Team mission is to enable every member of the Gousto family to THRIVE@GOUSTO through the work we do. The team includes People Services, Talent Acquisition and Learning, where this Learning Advisor role sits.
What you’ll do
- Assist with the end-to-end launch of our brand-new Fulfilment site (Thurrock)
- Being the ‘point of contact’ and subject matter expert on site in regards to Learning
- Co-ordinating the execution of the site learning plan
- Producing weekly training plans for Shift Coaches
- Supporting communication of the rolling quarterly plan of learning for all People on the site
- Working with the relevant people (managers and supervisors) to codify Standard Operating Procedures so they can be trained out to our People as part of their onboarding and development into roles across the site
- Working with the Learning Manager to design and continuously improve the learning solutions e.g. onboarding and leadership development
- Tracking completion of learning of our People
- Capturing and acting on feedback provided for all learning delivered
- Tracking all spend against the learning budget
- Managing a population of Shift Coaches, helping them to develop and perform at their best
- Delivering training on a range of topics, including Leadership Development and more
- Working with other Learning Advisors, and the wider People team, to ensure a cohesive approach to Learning across all of Gousto
You will work closely with your team as well as having key stakeholders across Gousto, including:
- Site Management Team
- Site People Team
- Supervisors and Team Leaders
- Cross functional management teams (e.g. Operations Development)
Requirements
Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, although it does not necessarily need to be in the same industry.
