In order to tackle the unaffordable housing problem in the UK we are innovating around business models and financing structures in order to deliver a great product for our customers. We are currently in the FCA authorisation process. As part of this process, we are expanding the team. You are someone with a passion for the mortgage and residential property market and have experience working with home purchase plans (the main product we are seeking FCA authorisation for) as well as mortgage administration and advice. You will be instrumental in shaping our customer service and will collaboratively work out our customer journey. You will also deal with incoming requests from customers and think about how we can grow our new business sustainably.
Requirements
• Resident in the UK and available to start work first half of 2021
• At least 1-2 years of experience with home purchase plans, mortgage administration and advice
• Passion for the mortgage and residential property market with a desire to leave your mark on the industry
• Impeccable communication and customer service skills
Key responsibilities
• Onboard new business requests and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage requests from existing customers
• Deploy growth strategies to attract new business
• Streamline and improve the entire customer journey
