Alpha Vet International Ltd are on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for supporting the business growth objectives through the implementation and continual development of an integrated digital marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execution of an integrated digital marketing program to support the business and marketing objectives. This might incorporate SEO/SEM, PPC, online advertising, account-based marketing campaigns, remarketing, email, and display advertising campaigns as deemed necessary.
- Manage ad accounts on multiple platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, etc.
- Manage PR agency and strategise an effective content plan.
- Track KPIs to evaluate performance and pinpoint issues.
- Deliver reports for management.
- Sustain partnerships with agencies and ad platforms.
- Stay up to date with PPC advertising and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) trends.
- Develop strategies that drive customers to the website.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms.
- Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign.
- Work closely with CRM, sales and operational teams to share ROI and general commercial observations.
- Work with the marketing team to plan new content and optimize existing activities and material.
Key Skills:
- Proven 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong working experience in the analysis of data and reporting.
- Exceptional knowledge of SEO, UX and advanced digital marketing skills.
- Familiar with all Social media sites and platforms e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
- Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Good time management with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Able to work in a team, working proactively, contributing ideas effectively to team members.
- Understanding of eCommerce trends and knowledge of the latest online sales and engagement techniques and tactics.
- Literate in Google Analytics and Excel.
