Sealit is looking for a Customer Success Manager who is personable, self-driven, passionate, and ambitious! We are looking for someone with experience in building out customer relationships throughout their journey. B2B SaaS product experience is a very strong plus. We are looking for a self-starter that is good at making decisions on the go, is helpful, supportive and a team player. We are excited to work with someone who is highly motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment and is happy to work with a remote team.

Your Mission
Work on planning & executing the customer acquisition strategy to acquire and manage client journeys with Sealit

Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop a healthy client base, while discovering continual growth opportunities for each client
• Collaborate with clients to ensure that their team is onboarded seamlessly with Sealit
• Educate client and end-users about the power of Sealit and the benefits they’ll receive from using it
• As the internal voice of our clients, provide regular feedback on what you hear on the frontline to Product, and Marketing teams to help fine-tune our offering. Build extensive knowledge of the Sealit product to be able to do this
