Sealit is looking for a Growth Marketer who is creative, self-driven, passionate and ambitious! We are looking for someone with experience in digital growth marketing for B2B SaaS Products. We are looking for a self-starter that is good at making decisions on the go, is helpful, supportive and a team player. We are excited to work with someone who is highly motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment and is happy to work with a remote team.
Plan & execute the digital growth strategy to acquire users
Your Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the marketing strategy team to manage and scale overall marketing channels
• Devise and implement data-led acquisition strategies, optimising every part of the conversion funnel
• Plan & execute the customer acquisition strategy (Paid Social/Search) - own paid marketing budget
• Develop a solid framework to analyse data and iterate campaign metrics utilizing digital platforms
• Uncover creative, non-traditional, organic and new methods of acquiring users
• Analyse customer journeys and develop effective retention strategies
• Partner with internal teams to understand product stories, creative strategy, operational processes – to optimise conversion rates and CACs
• Plan & execute a content strategy including e-mails campaigns on Hubspot
• Grow social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn etc.)
• Monitor & report on key performance KPIs & data from all marketing channels to stakeholders
Your Key Skills
• 2+ years experience at a high growth B2B Tech Start-up driving user growth
• Strong analytical and quantitative expertise in digital marketing platforms, site analytics etc.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and a self starter
• Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding growth goals
• Experience in planning and executing paid social & paid search campaigns
• Experience planning & executing a content marketing strategy
• Experience building a social media following (Twitter & LinkedIn)
• 'Hands-on' marketer (must be able to execute on your own strategy)
• Excellent English – verbal and written
• You’re passionate about Growth Marketing and can draw on first-hand experiences
