We’re living customer obsession in consumer lending and our advisors are our face to the customer. Working with multiple channels (online live chat, phone, bots) we ensure a flawless customer journey and an environment where you can focus on helping customers make the best financial decisions.
In your role, you will:
Provide financial advice to our customers attracted via our online and offline sources via our multiple communication channels providing a seamless advice experience
Putting our customers interest first and educating them on the novelty and advantages of our product
Develop the applicant journey and advisor tool-set with our tech and product teams to relentlessly improve our customer’s experience
Work hand-in-hand with our sales-operations team to further drive completion of our pipeline and realize our ambitious growth plans
Fully CeMap qualified (or equivalent) with +1 year of experience, CAS ideal
Want to be involved and shape an early stage start-up
Know how to manage and grow a constantly evolving pipeline of cases in tight timelines
Are keen to work in a fast paced early-stage start-up environment
