We’re looking for a Customer Advocate to join our customer function, and be responsible for providing world-class customer care to our thousands of users. It’s an exciting role for someone early on in their career - you’ll work cross functionally to ensure our customers are advocated for at every opportunity, and gain broader business exposure in a role that has a far-reaching impact across the company.
It’s a really exciting time at Charlie - as we look to build new products and solutions, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our customers’ needs are centred in the decisions we make.
