Wash Doctors is a leading SaaS enabled marketplace who have brought the car valeting and detailing industry into the 21st century. Using our purpose built platform we help customers easily book mobile car care businesses and also help owners to manage and grow their companies.
We are looking for someone switched on to join our small team immediately. We have strong month on month growth and will soon be going through our next round of investment. We are expecting the company to grow rapidly over the next few months and years so it is an exciting time to join us.
You will be working closely with our existing Customer Services team member to ensure the smooth running and growth of our operations. On a day-to-day basis you will be dealing with in-bound customer queries and also with our partner companies to make sure they are operating properly (on-time, high quality etc.). Most of our contact is done through online messaging but you need to be more than comfortable picking up the phone and calling customers and our partner companies. You will be speaking to a wide range of people including high-end customers and owner-operators of mobile valeting companies so you should be able to tailor your approach accordingly.
We also have an Operations Manager who will be onboarding new partner companies as we grow across the UK. You will work with him throughout the onboarding process to make sure our partners are comfortable using our app and technology, plus also helping them use the expertise we have gained to help them grow and improve their businesses.
The two sides of the role mean you need to be a problem solver and excel at dealing with things proactively as well as reactively. It is an exciting time to join Wash Doctors as you will be our last hire before we receive our next round of investment.
