Head of Digital / eCommerce at The Duppy Share

THE ROLE:

    • Digital Marketing Manager or Head of Consumer (depending on experience), Reporting directly to the CEO, Jack Orr-Ewing.
    • In this role, you will be expected to play an integral part in creating and implementing the digital marketing strategy for the Duppy Share, and in managing the maximisation and amplification of everything the brand does - from tangible product launches, our press agency, paid social, organic social, influencers and partnerships. Your role will span UK and international markets
    • Offices near Westbourne Park - W2 5EU - mostly office based with some flexibility for WFH when needed
    • Full time only
    • 25 days holiday

RESPONSIBILITIES

      1. Working directly with the CEO to set, track and report on all digital objectives and KPIs
      2. Create a digital strategy that takes Duppy to the next level and ties together all of our consumer comms channels, as well as budget allocation per channel
      3. Managing the paid social agency resource – planning the content, messaging, targeting and reporting on performance
      4. Working closely with the organic social team to align content and investment with digital objectives
      5. Collaborating with the influencer and partnership teams to align digital objectives
      6. Collaborating on content creation with head of creative, identifying content required to hit the digital objectives
      7. Feeding in briefs to the design team
      8. Managing web dev agency, website sales performance, blog pages and web analytics
      9. Amazon advertising
      10. Digital campaigns across 3rd parties (Not on the High Street, Moonpig, Master of Malt etc)
      11. Managing email marketing – automated email flows and email campaigns – growing our email database and building the performance of this fairly untapped channel
      12. Rolling out our D2C capability (influencer, partnerships, paid social) to other markets – Australia, USA and France by March 2022
      13. Working with the sampling and events team to ensure that digital is aligned with our experiential marketing
      14. Selling and amplifying events and event content to build an experiential brand
      15. Using our digital channels to support sales team – creating awareness and amplification of trade marketing activity (e.g. we’re doing a punch box activation with City Pub Co, and we’ll need that sold and promoted to the local areas to raise awareness)

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • We need digital marketing experience of at least 2-3 years, with a strong understanding of the systems and platforms we use, and the efficacy of different channels for different marketing objectives
  • Drinks experience not necessary, but helpful. Experience working with start up / scale up consumer brands is vital

You'll also be:

      • Digital Expert – someone with a proven track record of running social and digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Youtube (and other). Built up loyal, engaged followings, generating brand advocacy and broad brand awareness.
      • Data Driven –Someone who loves creating insight from data, and is comfortable with reports and excel
      • Methodical planner– someone who can execute a plan and align marketing activity across digital, social, email, PR and events
      • Team Player – someone who will support the rest of the team, roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the day-to-day life of a start up
      • Communicator – someone who can communicate clearly and well across email, whatsapp and Slack.
      • Problem Solver – someone who takes on new challenges with a positive growth mindset.
      • Mischievous At Heart – someone who loves the lifestyle of a start up, and wants to work for a rum brand (not a gin brand, or any old start up)
