I hope you're well, thanks for taking the time to read this.
We're looking for a young and ambitious developer to lead front end web development through the growth phase of our business. We've built the first phases of the product using an offshore team and it's getting great feedback. So we're looking to add a front end focal point to the team who can drive development forward.
The product is a collaborative project management platform for architects, interior designers and builders for projects up to £500k. The current alternative is Microsoft Excel. Our bespoke software increases utility and efficiency significantly but must counter apathy and flexibility by creating a simple, understandable and ideally beautiful process.
The product has a developing user base of architects, interior designers, property developers and builders, of whom many are subscribing. We now need to work on its simplicity and usability so we can broaden its reach.
This will require a bit of work on the existing UX and UI. We will then have a backlog of over 100 features which we will need to prioritise, spec, design and build over the coming years ranging from timelines to payment management.
We are looking for someone who is keen to take ownership of their work and build a structured and stable product. We are generating consistent revenue and have funding for a full development team so it is sure to be an interesting period.
