Job Description / Duties:

• Order processing & printing despatch labels
• Picking & packing of parcels
• Boxing up orders on a daily basis
• Receiving deliveries into the warehouse and updating stock on the database
• Making sure that stock is put away correctly
• Dealing with customer service enquiries
• Re-ordering packaging materials to keep stock levels healthy

Leading to supervising the warehouse side of the business and more computer-based work including:

• Running the company's social media accounts
• Writing product descriptions and editing product images
• Adding new product listings on various e-commerce platforms
• Arranging collaborations with other brands, influencers, etc
• Organising events
• Assisting the Director with various Admin tasks

Skills Required:

• Computer Literate - particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
• Customer Service Experience
• Content Creation Experience
• Experience in using social media (Facebook, Instagram etc), preferably setting up and running a page
• Able in a physical role - all goods are manually handled
• Efficient, organised, flexible and punctual

Hours: 11am – 5pm

Days: Monday - Friday

The right candidate will be searching for a long-term role with real growth potential, as a SME the company can be very dynamic and therefore there’s opportunity to expand the job role into other areas of the business such as digital marketing, event management, warehouse/production management, etc

Initially hours are capped to 6 per day/30 per week (Mon - Fri) with an opportunity to increase to 8 per day/40 per week.
