    We’re on a mission to build the world’s largest, continuous live learning platform by securing titans of industry to coach our classes that will infuse sales excellence into every B2B business.

    We are looking to add firepower to our operation. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the VP of Marketing to manage and execute effective marketing campaigns designed to drive growth of the business. 

    You’ll be responsible for driving awareness, education and lead gen and supporting the sales team nurture leads through the funnel.

    This role would be a great opportunity for someone who has a solid B2B marketing background and is excited at the prospect of joining a fast paced start up at the start of a scaling journey with a huge range of progression available as we grow.


    ★  Work closely with our content and events manager to take our carefully curated content to market.
    ★  Devise and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation including planning, executing and optimizing conversions across campaigns and experiments.
    ★  Lead on audience recruitment for our flagship monthly virtual events.
    ★  Revolutionize our email marketing with nurture and drip campaigns and optimize our content distribution to drive MQLs and brand awareness.
    ★  Own and optimize our social channels and build audiences across key target demographics.
    ★  Understand our TAM and ICP ensuring we’re creating content and campaigns that resonate with our audience and their needs.
    ★  Ensure tracking and reporting on all marketing initiatives to measure, report and optimize on ROI and work closely with sales to ensure an effective feedback loop is in place.

    A bit about you

    ➡ Experience in B2B marketing and demand generation/lead generation.
    ➡ Ideally, a passion or experience within tech startups within a b2b SaaS environment.
    ➡ Strong experience executing multichannel campaigns across email, social media, paid media.
    ➡ You are revenue driven with an astute commercial thought process.
    ➡ You have a growth mindset, and quickly get up to speed with new tools and technologies.
    ➡ You’ll be confident at writing copy for your campaigns with the know-how to top load your content with juicy hooks and value-add insights to drive awareness and interest.
    ➡ Both highly numerate and at one with data as you are with the English language and crafting compelling communications.
    ➡ Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to read the data and marketing performance metrics to make predictions, forecasts, and measure the success of your campaigns.
    ➡ Proficiency with the Google Suite.
    ➡ Team player – ability to collaborate across other teams and with external agencies and freelancers.
    ➡ Extremely well organised, able to work to challenging targets within tight timeframes.
