Role and responsibilities:
You will be the first contact for a large number of offices that use Good Monday and must help with everything from bookings, supplier coordination and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include:

Responding to client enquiries

Advising clients on the best individual solutions and products for their office

Ensuring our clients are happy and getting the most out of the platform

Obtaining quotes from partner suppliers and putting together proposals for clients

Identifying opportunities to upsell to an existing client base

Managing communications with existing partners and liaising with new partners to assist them with the onboarding process

Identifying areas of improvement for product, processes and user experience
Role Requirements:
-
1-2 years experience in a similar customer facing, operational role
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in upselling or reactive sales

A good understanding of numbers

Ability to work on multiple projects at once and to successfully prioritise

Strong personal organisation and attention to detail

Proactive and solution orientated

Fast and keen learner
