We are now looking for a very special person to join our London team and it’s very important to us that the chemistry fits.


Role and responsibilities:

You will be the first contact for a large number of offices that use Good Monday and must help with everything from bookings, supplier coordination and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to client enquiries

  • Advising clients on the best individual solutions and products for their office 

  • Ensuring our clients are happy and getting the most out of the platform

  • Obtaining quotes from partner suppliers and putting together proposals for clients 

  • Identifying opportunities to upsell to an existing client base 

  • Managing communications with existing partners and liaising with new partners to assist them with the onboarding process

  • Identifying areas of improvement for product, processes and user experience


Role Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar customer facing, operational role 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in upselling or reactive sales

  • A good understanding of numbers

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once and to successfully prioritise

  • Strong personal organisation and attention to detail

  • Proactive and solution orientated 

  • Fast and keen learner
