    Roles and Responsibilities 

    We are looking for an ambitious individual with diverse experience, who is eager to learn and has a genuine passion for people and processes to join us on this exciting journey.

    The diverse list of responsibilities will include:

    Operations Manager 

    • Daily operational tasks to ensure business runs smoothly
    • Design, implement and improve processes for office and operations management,
    • Budget and inventory tracking and analysis
    • Laptop and IT equipment inventory, orders and repairs management
    • Keeping track and managing our vendor relations (suppliers, event organisers, office maintenance partners etc.)
    • Information Security - involvement in policies and procedures

    Office Manager

    • Assisting in the move to new office premises
    • Day to day management of the office, including Health and Safety policies
    • Events - staff events
    • Managing stationery, office supplies and consumables
    • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments for 2 directors
    • Travel bookings
    • Staff Wellbeing/engagement -
    • Taking care of our employees' happiness and well-being, by helping design the workplace, organising team events, championing company values and culture.

    HR Administration

    • Assisting in recruitment admin activities
    • On/off-boarding employees
    • Involvement in set up of new HR system
    • Staff handbook, staff benefits

    Finance activities

    • Bookkeeping activities - processing of customer/supplier invoices
    • Accounts Receivable activities
    • Accounts Payable payment lists
    • Staff expenses, credit cards
    • Fixed asset recording
    • Bachelor’s degree from a top tier University (may consider candidates without a degree but with equivalent experience/certifications)
    • Proven work experience or training in an office management or operations role in a quick growth / startup environment
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suite software and “back-office” computer systems
    • A high degree of emotional intelligence and communication skills (both written and verbal), fluency in English
    • Strong analytical, time management, prioritisation and organisational skills for working across multiple departments/disciplines
    • Diligence and eye for detail
    • Positive attitude and not afraid to get involved in all areas of the business
    • Experience in a customer-services orientated environment, working with budgets, recordkeeping and inventory tracking
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Full time and based in our office in London
