Headquartered in London, we are recruiting an HR Associate to help support the AtomX operations in order to effectively and efficiently support the wider team who are bringing our AI products and services to market.

Reporting to Strategy & Operations Director, you will eventually be responsible for designated HR processes whether booking/managing external training, events, organizing and sending the welcome box or following up on HR compliance items such as homeworking safety assessments, staff surveys etc. A critical part of the role would be to inject enthusiasm into the wider team, build a “one team” culture and nurture talent and people growth.

The objective of this role is to support the day-to-day activity of the HR function.

Once trained you will be responsible for specific aspects of the HR function including the development of HR policies, owning internal communications, organising team activities and building direct one-to-one relationships to understand and help bring out the best in team’s performance.

Working with the Director and discussing feedback or issues from staff to identify where improvements are required. Your objectives will be updated as confidence grows and new needs emerge. These will be jointly agreed and formally reviewed at regular intervals of 3 to 6 months.

Salary: £770 - £850 per month based on number of hours each month.

Hours of working are flexible. The maximum hours per week on average will be 25.
