We need Sales Managers to help grow our business across EMEA. You will build a portfolio of startup clients working closely with our Regional Director for EMEA, Sasha Marley. This is a part-time or full-time role depending on your availability and will best suit someone with an active network of startup founders and teams.
What you will do:
Pitch and close recruiting deals with startups and scale-ups across EMEA.
Facilitate briefing calls with your new clients and our recruiters.
Help coordinate project delivery with the recruiting team to win repeat business and referrals
Track progress and leads in Hubspot
Uncapped commissions in an attractive revenue-sharing model.
Drive innovation, one hire at a time with the hottest startups around the world who have secured significant funding and are set for rapid growth (Funded.club clients have usually secured at least USD 1 million in funding or equivalent in annual revenue).
Work remotely and manage your own work schedule.
You could be based anywhere in the UK or Europe - this is a fully remote role.
Help us build an innovative, global recruiting brand.
You have a proven track record of winning startup clients.
Ability to hold conversations with founding teams as a like-minded entrepreneur.
You have exceptional English and written communication skills.
You're obsessed with quality and supporting your team to get results.
Interest in innovation, Lean startup and growth.
If you have sold recruiting before, this is a big plus.
Willingness to work on a commission-only basis.
Ability to invoice our company for your commissions.
