  • We are looking for a hands-on, growth oriented PPC specialist. If you have at least 18 months of experience managing PPC accounts and outstanding communicational skills we’d love to hear from you. 

    As we are adding PPC account management to our list of services, this will be the first role in our team that will focus on Google search, display and YouTube ads. Additional experience using other platforms would be welcome.

    Responsibilities:
    •    Setup, optimise and grow Google ad campaigns
    •    Manage and develop ad creative (in collaboration with a copywriter/designer where needed) 
    •    Consult clients on the best targeting and ad types available to them based on their business objective
    •    Analyse campaign performance, identify trends, improve results and report back to the client
    •    Communicate directly with clients (through email, on weekly calls or by summarising campaign performance whenever requested)
    •    Pitch and introduce new ideas to the team and the client

    Requirements: 
    •    At least 18 months experience directly managing PPC accounts 
    •    Strong analytical skills and proficient with spreadsheets
    •    Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Airtable is a plus
    •    Great communication skills
    •    English native or bi-lingual 
    •    Having worked with clients in the education sector is a big plus

    What will you be measured on? 

    •    Mastery of any of the Google products including technical troubleshooting
    •    Ability to analyse results, determine next action and clearly communicate rationale
    •    Project manages 5 clients comfortably, including reporting and client meetings
    •    Primary responsibility for growing ad accounts, including budgets, prioritisation and ad creative
    •    Regularly produce insights and introduce new ideas to accounts that have an impact
    •    Schedules time and tasks efficiently and keeps the team updated
    •    Proactively updates clients, and responds quickly to their requests
