We are looking for a new business manager to join our team to proactively help us win new clients and projects that will keep our team excited and challenged.
You'll be working directly with the Managing Director in being the driving force for identifying, pitching and winning new clients for the agency. As the New Business Manager you will be executing outbound lead generation campaigns, developing proposals and responding to client briefs.
You will be responsible for the complete new business process from lead qualification through to closing and contract negotiation, drawing on the expertise of the wider agency as and when required. In short, we’re looking for the complete, 360, new business professional who can hit the ground running from day 1.
Constantly reach & exceed targets to ensure that business revenue expectations are met
Manage and build relationships with prospective clients
Manage the implementation of our CRM system and contact strategy
Identify new business opportunities, manage the sales process, initial qualification through to appointment setting, writing initial proposals and pitches
Manage forecast sales activity reporting
Managing various projects simultaneously whilst upholding a high standard
2-3 years business development experience
Have a proven background in seeking out and winning new business, ideally gained from working in an agency environment
Results driven and able to work to targets
Possess a commercially driven attitude and have proven experience in managing sales processes
Communications expert, adept at be liaising with a range of senior stakeholders
Excellent presentation skills
