Interim HR Manager, 300-400 per day, B2B and B2C at Festicket
go back to People and Other Jobs- Leeds
- fulltime
- ₤300 - ₤400 per year

Festicket is the world's leading B2C festival tour operator. We are undergoing the transition to B2B following our acquisition of Event Genius last year and have plenty of interesting challenges to face. We're now post Series-D funded, and backed by some of Europe's largest VC funds.
We require a stand-alone HR Manager on a contract basis to work alongside the Head of Talent and deliver an efficient, solution-oriented HR service to the c-suite, managers and employees. This is an interesting and varied contract, where one day you may be solving the problem of how to hire in Spain, and the next coaching a less experienced manager through a sensitive conversation, before stepping into a meeting with the CEO to help discuss the merits of a specific project proposal or search campaign. The project-related tasks are varied and interesting, with the opportunity to shape thinking as the company goes through the next stage of it's evolution.
