Embargo is the first plug&play loyalty platform and CRM to cover all customer journeys i.e. walk-ins, delivery and click&collect. We help hundreds of coffee shops, bars and restaurants reward, recognise and communicate with their key customers to drive more repeat business.  Our users on the other hand get access to all venues on the platform, their loyalty schemes and thousands of rewards via one simple app.

We’re seeking a Growth Hacker/Digital Marketing Manager with experience in B2B digital marketing to directly support our sales strategy, increase inbound leads, produce content marketing and activate traction in existing accounts.


  • Develop strategic B2B content marketing plans to drive inbound leads and maximize immediate and long-term ROI
  • Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking and reporting
  • Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): e-mail, push messages, LinkedIn, Instagram, Website, In-App
  • Lead overall site conversion rate optimization and develop and optimize landing page strategy
  • Analyse and constantly improve the User Experience from seeing the content to booking a sales demo
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving direct results aligned with the company targets


  • 1-3 years of direct, growth-focused experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience building a comprehensive customer acquisition marketing strategy from the ground up
  • Proven success managing B2B digital sales campaigns (incl SEO and referrals) and content marketing campaigns
  • Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels
  • Very data driven and should be curious about and tell stories using data
