PrepLounge is the world’s leading career platform in the consulting industry. Based in Cologne,
we already cooperate with major consultancies in Germany and support them in the field of HR
marketing and employer branding. Now, we want to take the next step and extend our B2B
business internationally together we sell value, not price.

Key Responsibilities
You will build up our B2B business in the UK and US from defining a strategy to identifying potential customers until closing the deal
You will optimize our product portfolio to meet the needs of potential B2B customers in the UK and US from company profiles to recruiting events
You will identify possible leads, contact them and negotiate cooperations
You will represent PrepLounge for customers in the UK and US
Moreover, you will manage our international expert community of former top strategy consultants and support them to develop their business on PrepLounge

What we expect
You have 1-3 years of professional experience in B2B Sales or Key Account Management
You have at least a Bachelor’s degree
You are a true networker with an open minded and outgoing personality
You have a hands on mentality, are 100% reliable and show great initiative as well as entrepreneurial spirit
You are an English native speaker or close to
You have a permanent residence permit in UK, and are generally willing to travel to the US (as soon as the situation allows it of course)
Ideally, you have already had touchpoints with the consulting industry
