Are you an unconventional sales representative, who thinks outside the box?

We currently have a great opportunity for a Sales Development Representative to join our motivated and creative Market Development team. As a Sales Development Representative you are responsible for generating high quality, revenue-generating opportunities for the business by managing both inbound and outbound leads and converting them through the funnel quickly, efficiently and professionally.


  • Prospect, qualify and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities via email, phone and LinkedIn
  • Follow up with a high volume of marketing-qualified leads and convert these to calls
  • Research and identify additional businesses that fit our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for performance metrics and qualified opportunities
  • Define and execute the process for smooth handover of opportunities to sales
  • Develop superior relationships with prospects
  • Providing daily market insights
  • Working with the marketing team on Lead Gen activities including events and email campaign
  • Document all sales activity in our CRM system


You should apply for this role if you have:
    • A strong phone presence with a knack for building rapport quickly and establishing trust
    • Strength in research and problem solving
    • Strong writing ability
    • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
    • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
    • Previous experience of sales, lead generation, using SalesForce or a similar CRM is preferred
