    We are looking for a Rockstar Technical Project Manager who can handle the following:

    • Framing the project scope and requirements within agreed specifications and deadlines
    • Determination and definition of the project deliverables, roles and responsibilities for project stakeholders
    • Preparation and ownership of the communication and project plan as the key client contact
    • Management of the vast range of projects and stakeholders expectation to create efficient and sustainable delivery processes
    • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of software development and design team while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
    • Hold regular client team meetings to manage progress and address any questions or challenges regarding UX/UI design, software development, hardware installation and SDK integration
    • Provide status updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and project progress
    • Proactively monitor the ongoing development of the project, identify any time delays, roadblocks or risks and raise flags at the right time to management or business teams
    • Validation of deliverables against the project requirements
    • Ensure user acceptance before going live for quality assurance and customer service standards
    • Provide support and account management to clients and partners


    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in a technology or management field (Computer Science is a plus)
    • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably with large complex stakeholders
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, expected to build strong and long lasting relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Experience in building guidelines and documentation and keeping them up to date
    • Strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making and supervising internal/external teams
    • Startup experience or should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high agility
    • Willingness and passion to go the extra mile (e.g. work on the weekend to turn an important presentation around or jump on a flight with last minute’s notice to go have an important meeting. This is not a role for you if you are looking to work 9 to 5 within your comfort zone.)
    • Ability to travel (after COVID) when required (usually quick 1-2 day trips)
    • Deep technology experience and interest
    • Great command of written and spoken English
    • Agile project management experience
    • Experience with project management and reporting tools (such as JIRA)
