The Role

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual to join us in our Sales team.  We are looking for the dedication and commitment to fast-tracking your career through developing our global brand.

You'll be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with prospective clients. You'll get to know our products and programs inside-out and offer prospective customers professional and clear insight into our SaaS employee engagement tools. Customer acquisition is a very important part of this role so being outcome focused is absolutely vital.

You'll have excellent earning potential with an uncapped OTE of £45,000 and potential to really impact our growth.

 

Candidates should be able to:

 

  • Generate qualified meetings with prospective B2B clients for Xexec’s industry-leading HR software
  • Maintain all relevant information about clients, prospects, campaigns, and leads
  • Present, promote and sell programs/services using compelling language to C-Suite decision makers
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes

 

About You

  • Some SaaS sales experience
  • Experienced working in a technology company
