  • Business Development Executive - Mobile Body Repair

    This is an amazing opportunity to join Dropless, the latest digital start up that is reshaping the vehicle management sector. You'll be much more than just a business development executive, you'll be a core member of a great team of highly motivated, outgoing and young individuals. In just 24 months, Dropless has grown its revenue over 2000% raising a Series A round of £2.5 million in March 2021. This investment means you will be joining at a time of accelerated growth, presenting opportunities to get involved in a variety of exciting aspects of the business. You will also gain exposure and contribute heavily to the development of their state-of-the-art app and will also be involved in the raising of their next round of investment.

    In this role you will work directly with the head of body repair to grow our newest and most exciting business unit, mobile body repair. Requiring no experience in body repair, you will be responsible for developing the central operations and business management of this unit to successfully grow this from a team of 5 technicians to 27 in just 18 months. Working with our Chief Technology Officer you will directly contribute to the tech development of this business unit, integrating the service into both the front-end app for consumers and back-end app for technicians, in what will soon become the most advanced consumer experience in the industry.

    Key responsibilities

    • Reporting to the head of body repair you will manage and schedule a rapidly growing team of mobile body repair technicians.
    • Schedule optimisation for technicians, maximising efficiency of jobs and eliminating downtime.
    • Track, manage and improve revenue, gross profit margin, service quality, customer acquisition and quote conversion.
    • Customer sales and CRM system management.
    • Business account management.
    • Customer service.

    • Monday to Friday, 45-hour work week contract.
