Job description

Location: London - Liverpool Street

Start Date: ASAP

The Role: 

  • Early SDR hires are now in advanced positions (AE, management etc) - organic promotion model
  • As an early hire in sales, you’ll be responsible for proactively identifying, contacting and qualifying prospects for kleene.ai
  • Unrivalled opportunity to develop alongside the internal sales org, with promotions and future leadership roles available for the right candidate
  • Hitting daily, weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, e-mails, qualified meetings etc.), you’ll thrive on smashing targets
  • Developing a deep knowledge of the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, to engage key decision-makers at the right stage of their growth journey - a fantastic industry to work in and prospect into!
  • Working with a leadership team who have already accelerated the career of early-stage hires; offering autonomy and preparation for future roles.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Our ideal candidate will be ambitious, resilient and excited to quickly develop their career through hard work
  • Candidates with evidence of/willingness to hit core sales KPIs (daily calls, weekly touchpoints, meetings booked) required
  • You will be degree educated

What You’ll Get:

  • You will receive a basic salary of £30,000 with OTE £46,000
  • On top of this competitive salary, you will be entitled to 25 days holidays, plus public holidays.
