As we’ve seen recently, some people don’t quite get it right and accidentally create international outrage (*cough cough* a certain six English football clubs). We are looking for someone who can do it properly, and who can look to the future and be our Head of Growth.
So… What’s the role?
Working entirely remotely, we are looking for a Head of Growth to lead our Sales and Marketing to align the growth strategy with the vision. This is a greenfield project to create a go-to-market strategy with the budget/funding already created from enterprise fortune 100 Pharma companies.
What do I need to be able to do?
- Lead and manage lead generation campaigns.
- Manage a sales cycle.
- Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Work autonomously, as the role is entirely remote.
And who do I need to be?
- Someone with experience working with or in (digital or print) Marketing Agencies (ideally within Pharma).
- Someone with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, coupled with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Ambitious, and someone who possesses the determination to excel and has the desire to make an impact.
- Experienced in managing and leading a sales team.
- Technically competent.
- A strong communicator with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
