Job Description

You will be part of a global Sales team of 10 people, operating in our Paris, London, Berlin and Amsterdam markets.
We launched our platform in Amsterdam 2 years ago, but things really accelerated when the Covid crisis hit. We decided to start an extremely aggressive pricing strategy to increase the job opportunities for our candidates in this difficult period and allow all hiring companies to recruit without any barrier.

This is thus a crazy time for us and we are looking for a talented Sales & Account Manager to help us double that growth in the Netherlands.

Your job as a Sales & Account Manager will be to:

  • Engage with the CEOs, CTOs, Heads of HR/Recruitment of the top tech startups and companies in Amsterdam to turn them into happy customers
  • Develop our Sales strategy and the commercial playbook in the Netherlands as the main Sales person in the team
  • Convert your pipeline of prospects into clients by leading the sales meetings, defining the right commercial proposals and closing the deals.
  • Manage your portfolio of clients in Amsterdam and guide your clients on how to hire tech people successfully on
  • Closely collaborate with SDRs (who will generate leads for you) and Talent advocates (who are in charge of coaching candidates on the platform)

As our Sales team is global, this position is open to be based in Paris, London, or Amsterdam.

Preferred Experience

  • 2 to 6 years of professional experience in Sales, CSM (ideally in a Saas company or fast growing tech startup), or in 360° recruitment.
  • You must be fluent in English (both verbal and written). Fluent level in Dutch is not mandatory but would be a huge plus.
  • You are a quick learner, very curious with a track record of ownership
