We're looking to build the next generation of Recruiting and HR tools, and as part of that journey we are looking to recruit a Designer to help us bring this to life.
Working closely with our Co-Founders and CTO, the ideal candidate will be able to translate product vision into designs that can be built. We're currently at idea/seed stage, so we are looking for someone creative, who is happy to design from scratch with no existing product or brand to guide. Our initial audience is early stage start ups, so we'd love to work with a Designer who understands this space, the look and feel, and be comfortable operating at speed which suits us and our customers.
You'll help us iterate from feedback to find help product market fit, as well as working with a team this is actually going to build what you design.
You will understand prototypes and customer research, and not be afraid of helping us craft a brand our audience will love.
This is a vital role in enabling us to build our product, so we're looking for Designers who are happy to take a lead, push us into new areas and build a product people will love. Previous digital product design experience is essential, ideally platform/marketplace design, and branding experience is a massive bonus. Comfort acting autonomously is needed, as is working with a remote, asynchronous team.
This is initially a freelance role for 3 months but with a high likelihood of extending until 2022. We're London based but happy for people to be remote, based -/+ 1 BST.
