We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant with excellent communication skills. You should be friendly, coachable and able to easily build rapport with a variety of stakeholders. As a team, we are extremely hardworking and close-knit. We are looking for someone who shares our same values.

About Us
We teach parents to put their child to bed in 5 minutes or less and sleep through the night, in two weeks. Guaranteed. Children’s sleep is perhaps the most universal problem parents have. We are a 1 year old company currently on a ~$2mm run rate and expect to get to $10mm in the next 12 months and have pretty incredible unit economics. We have proven out a 0:9 referral rate and a NPS of 9.5.

This opportunity is a fully remote role and as a fundamental part of growing our business, you will receive significant options in the business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work with the rest of the growth team to improve conversion rates, decrease no-shows, and automate parts of the sales funnel
  • Take responsibility for the end-to-end sales process and be a key driver of growth
  • Lead sales calls and build a high level of rapport and trust with prospective customers
  • You will be the first touchpoint with these parents and guide them through the sales process; treat the sales call as the beginning of customer onboarding
  • Manage handover of sale to our customer success team
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to update on sales, provide insights and suggestions
