    We’re looking for an ambitious, driven and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join the Springpod team and help power our data-driven decision making, as we continue to expand. You will take ownership of data across the company, be exposed to the true value of a quantitative-first methodology in a fast-paced startup environment, and provide valuable insights to all levels of the team


    We support some of the most exciting companies in the World, including Airbus, the NHS, Jaguar Land Rover, Cancer Research UK, Vodafone, BT, Fujitsu, Fidelity and many more. We also work with hundreds of education institutions across the UK, with a view to expand internationally in 2021 and beyond.


    What you’ll be doing 

    Reporting directly to our Head of IT Operations, and working closely with all teams in Springpod, you will be responsible for optimising our use of a wide variety of datasets across the company. 


    Within your role, you’ll be:

    • Building and maintaining data feeds, visualisations and dashboards across several systems, including our DWH and BI tool

    • Assisting all teams in the tracking of KPI and metrics, highlighting underutilised datasets

    • Analysing key trends, metrics results and insights, both proactively and on behalf of all team stakeholders

    • Providing expertise on data and reporting confidence levels

    • Managing data quality and availability


    About you 

    • 1+ years of experience in insights, data, reporting or analytics roles

    • Strong analytical skills (Data visualization skills are a benefit)

    • Problem solving with a ‘Test, Learn, Optimise’ mentality

    • Strong communication skills

    • Strong technical skills (SQL would be desirable, knowledge of other languages would be a bonus)
