Everyday, our service monitors a collective US$14 trillion in assets under management on behalf of clients ranging from US$50 million Hedge Funds to the largest Sovereign Wealth Fund in the world. 


We are a growing team of FundAppers with 80 people and over 30 nationalities at last count. We have offices in London, New York and Singapore and remote employees spread across the globe. The role


Our People Operations (nicknamed POPS internally) team is growing! Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you’ll support all engineering, design and product recruitment across FundApps, including sourcing, branding, recruitment and employer/agency partnerships. You’ll be excited by continuously looking for creative ways to improve the recruitment process to adapt to our growing team and business. You care deeply about diversity and inclusion and will play a key part in educating hiring teams and partnering with agencies, job boards and hiring platforms that support our initiatives.

What you’ll be working on

  • You’ll define and deliver our tech hiring strategy to attract and onboard new FundAppers in our engineering and product teams. 

  • You’ll build a world-class candidate experience that aligns with our values and manage the recruitment cycle from advertising to onboarding.

  • You’ll partner with team leaders to understand hiring needs, build sourcing strategies and scout talent globally across job platforms.

  • You’ll manage relationships with agencies, hiring platforms and organize recruitment events. 

  • You’ll analyse talent metrics to find scalable improvements in how we recruit the top tech and business talent globally. Deliver at pace, but never at the expense of a personable and authentic experience.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Demonstrable tech recruitment experience in an in-house generalist HR, recruitment or talent agency role requiring partnership with hiring managers

  • Flawless written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable talking with people at all levels

  • An expert relationship-builder - with hiring managers, agencies, industry reps and candidates

  • Ability to analyse data and metrics of success with an eye for detail

Bonus Points

  • Experience using an ATS (ex. Lever, Workable, Greenhouse)

  • Experience managing agency relationships and using hiring platforms

  • Master of GIFs, emojis and HR/recruitment puns
