Our People Operations (nicknamed POPS internally) team is growing! Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you’ll support all engineering, design and product recruitment across FundApps, including sourcing, branding, recruitment and employer/agency partnerships. You’ll be excited by continuously looking for creative ways to improve the recruitment process to adapt to our growing team and business. You care deeply about diversity and inclusion and will play a key part in educating hiring teams and partnering with agencies, job boards and hiring platforms that support our initiatives.
