We have also added new ground-breaking services -Sensitive Industries and Position Limits - and in 2020, have introduced Rapportr to make reporting simple for our clients.

We have a stellar list of high-profile clients, including 3 of the world's 10 largest hedge funds. In total we monitor over $14 trillion in assets under management every single day - this represents ~12% of global assets! Better yet, we're just getting started! We have had huge success to date and with a massive addressable global market we're embarking on a journey of exciting growth ahead. 


We're a small team (currently ~70 people) of smart, friendly people with 30 nationalities at last count. We have offices in London, New York and Singapore and employees spread across the globe. The role

As we continue to grow and work with some of the most prestigious financial institutions in the world ranging from hedge funds, asset managers and sell-sides, to the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds, we are looking for an Account Manager to support our existing clients and growth in EMEA, reporting to the Regional Head of Sales. 


You will be in a client-facing position which means developing a deep understanding of their requirements, increasing their efficiency and working with them to overcome other challenges. Collaborating with the sales and client success teams, you will quickly establish an understanding of their needs and scope out their regulatory requirements. Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted partner will be key to this position. 


You will also work with the product and clients success teams to drive adoption of existing products and uncover opportunities to build out new services.


What will I be working on?

    • Deliver commercial strategy for a portfolio of accounts by building a deep understanding of our client landscape and needs

    • Safeguard existing revenue and grow client ARR

    • Manage and lead interactions with clients, prioritising client needs in partnership with the client success team

    • Be the main point of contact for decision makers (COOs/CCOs/CROs/CIOs)

    • Build relationships with key front office stakeholders (PFMs/HFMs/Traders)

    • Develop relationships and knowledge of client workflows and challenges to uncover tactical and big picture opportunities

    • Develop a community engagement strategy to understand trends and opportunities for development 

    • Proactively engage with clients to understand where we can displace competitor offerings within our current scope and beyond 

    • Be at the forefront of understanding new regulation to establish workflow gaps and partner with Product to champion development

    • Be a subject matter expert, using client and industry relationships to drive innovative product bets


What you’ll bring to the team

    • You have a strong understanding of the financial service industry and asset classes

    • You have an interest in regulatory compliance such as shareholding disclosure and position limits

    • You have outstanding communication skills and experience presenting to large groups of people

    • You are self-motivated and strive to go the extra mile

    • You demonstrate curiosity and live by the FundApps values


Bonus Points

    • Demonstrable experience in an account management or relationship management role in a B2B or enterprise sales environment

    • Expertise in running community building initiatives
