The EMEA Marketing Manager role is operational and hands‐on which will support the overall marketing strategy for Grabyo, based in the London office.
Key activities for this role include:
Design an impactful event and outreach marketing strategy, in support of the Global Head of Marketing. This role is inclusive of event organisation, partner and sponsor management, identifying strategic partner opportunities and increasing brand exposure
Maintain effective segmentation and brand messaging for sales campaigns, collateral and events. Ensure brand consistency across channels
Working with the content team and Digital Marketing Manager to develop event and partner marketing campaigns, inclusive of promotion and follow up
Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media page
Work closely with the sales teams to maximise event lead generation
Seek new partnerships, event sponsorships and long-term partnerships with relevant industry publications
Analysing the results and effectiveness of all sponsor, partner and event campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Identify the latest digital technologies and current digital trends affecting the industry
Ensuring that marketing efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
Contribute to or assist the development of content, working closely with the Head of Content
This role is focused on EMEA marketing management, but you will also be required to support Grabyo’s international teams across the globe
Degree in Marketing/ Business/ related field
Strong understanding of the digital video and/or broadcast markets
Proven marketing experience (2-3 years minimum)
Driven and hungry, ability to show creative thought and application to new technologies
Structured, methodical and detail oriented
Self-starter and ability to self-manage towards goals
Results focussed with ability to deliver key projects both internally and for customers
Ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with exceptional design and presentation skills
Committed, proactive, and resourceful. Can be counted on to get the job done on time
Fast learner, eager to deepen knowledge and understanding of Grabyo’s business operations
