Hornet Global Communications is on the lookout for a Call Centre Sales Assistant to join our new team in Maidstone. The role is suitable for progression minded professional looking to further their career and fresh talents making their first step in the industry.

As a Call Centre Sales Assistant, you will be handling high level of inbound and outbound calls with existing and potential customers for Sales and Marketing purposes on behalf of our Clients. Working directly with our Sales and Marketing Managers, you will be using a variety of customer-oriented solutions to offer the best available packages/services to the customer. No previous experience is required, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills to undergo strict product training to comply with regulations and other guidelines. Proven experience in a pro-active, people oriented or target driven environment is highly recommended.
The goal of our Call Centre team is not only to promote the services available, but to provide the best marketing image with excellent customer service and professional etiquette. You will be reporting to our Sales and Marketing Manager to keep track of your development as well as obtaining regular feedback on your work.
