    easyStorage is looking for a results-driven Sales Desk Manager to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs effectively. The Sales Desk Manager will be responsible for leading a small team of in-bound Sales and Customer Service agents, whilst continuing to grow and develop the team.     This is a key position at the heart of our business, reporting directly to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

    Sales Desk Manager responsibilities and duties

    • Responsible for the Sales Desk P&L
    • Design the end-to-end sales process including technical elements of call answering and CRM systems
    • Asses the strengths and weaknesses of your Sales Team and manage the sales strategy accordingly
    • Create an appropriate commission structure that will motivate your Sales Agents
    • Design and establish automated sales and KPI reports
    • Implement an effective hiring strategy and forecast growth and build the team to meet the needs of the business
    • Implement a training and mentoring program to support your Sales Agents
    • Provide timely daily, weekly and monthly reports to showcase the Sales Desk performance and develop new automated dashboards to provide insight as appropriate
    • Effectively review and manage sales desk rosters
    • Manage the Customer Service team and ensure that workflows are structured to ensure efficiency across the team
    • Work closely with our Franchisees, building relationships and providing training. Participating in franchise events as required
    • Work with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs


    Sales Desk Manager Competencies

    • 2+ years’ experience of building and leading an in-bound telephone Sales Desk (not retail)
    • Experience in a call centre environment
    • Clearly demonstratable sales acumen
    • Outstanding communicator both verbally and through reporting
    • Strong decision-making and leadership skills
    • Ability to gain the respect of your team
    • High level of Emotional Intelligence
    • Experience with CRM and telephony systems
