Transreport Limited provides the latest technologies that allow transport operators to better understand the needs of their passengers. We have developed award-winning SaaS products such as Passenger Assist, revolutionising assistance in the transport industry for disabled passengers.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will help to deliver a great product and customer experiences for end-user.

Job Responsibilities:

You will need to be able to:

  • Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
  • Perform UI/UX research
  • Work with our clients, to deliver compelling, commercially viable digital products across multiple platforms and channels. This includes both remote working and, in the future, onsite.
  • Define the best user journeys.
  • Wireframes and prototyping
  • Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how apps function and look like.
  • Responsible for managing the entire user flow and experience of the web/mobile apps from concept to creation
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Engage closely with the client and Scrum teams to review current design processes and methods.
  • Work within high performing multidisciplinary teams.
  • You’ll consider how external factors like policy, legislation, business constraints and technology might have a negative impact on the user experience.


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in web/mobile app design (iOS and Android) is essential
  • Passion for all things digital, software AND web applications (showcasing your own portfolio of work outside of your studies is a huge plus).
  • Excellent skills in Photoshop and vector base tools such as Sketch/Adobe Xd/Figma/Illustrator,
  • Experience with prototype tools such as InVision or MarvelApp
  • An interest or experience in UX research and related disciplines such as interaction design, service design and content design.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype ideas
  • Unparalleled attention to detail
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Impressive problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in design for accessibility (WCAG standard etc…) is a big bonus
  • Past experience working in a start-up and experience building and leading design teams is a big bonus
  • The ability to flex between UX and visual or creative design if required.
