As a UI/UX Designer, you will help to deliver a great product and customer experiences for end-user.
You will need to be able to:
Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
Perform UI/UX research
Work with our clients, to deliver compelling, commercially viable digital products across multiple platforms and channels. This includes both remote working and, in the future, onsite.
Define the best user journeys.
Wireframes and prototyping
Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how apps function and look like.
Responsible for managing the entire user flow and experience of the web/mobile apps from concept to creation
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Engage closely with the client and Scrum teams to review current design processes and methods.
Work within high performing multidisciplinary teams.
You’ll consider how external factors like policy, legislation, business constraints and technology might have a negative impact on the user experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in web/mobile app design (iOS and Android) is essential
Passion for all things digital, software AND web applications (showcasing your own portfolio of work outside of your studies is a huge plus).
Excellent skills in Photoshop and vector base tools such as Sketch/Adobe Xd/Figma/Illustrator,
Experience with prototype tools such as InVision or MarvelApp
An interest or experience in UX research and related disciplines such as interaction design, service design and content design.
Ability to rapidly prototype ideas
Unparalleled attention to detail
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Impressive problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in design for accessibility (WCAG standard etc…) is a big bonus
Past experience working in a start-up and experience building and leading design teams is a big bonus
The ability to flex between UX and visual or creative design if required.
