    We're looking for an all-round great copywriter, who is enthused about delivering content about our mission. 

    From educational material to website copy to social media posts and beyond, you'll deliver the words that matter in achieving our mission.

    We're looking for...

    • A versatile and experienced copywriter - excited to deliver compelling and educational content across all mediums.

    • Brand understanding - experience in defining, maintaining or developing a distinct and consistent tone of voice.
    • A keen proofreader - ready to be the standard-bearer of quality written communications across the business.

    • A self-starting approach - passionate about delivering impactful copy to a burgeoning purpose-driven business, however brief the brief!

    • Purpose-driven - you're excited by the potential impact of raising the standards of people management everywhere.

    • (Desirable) A good understanding of the principles of SEO.

    You will be...

    • Delivering written content across all communication channels (knowledge base articles, email, social posts, product, landing pages etc.).

    • Collaborating with the Founder, Instructional Designer and others in delivering copy that will educate and inspire our users on the virtues and principles of better people management.

    • Playing a key role in defining and delivering a content strategy that will drive engagement with our product and interest in our mission.

    • Working with sales and marketing to ensure that we are effectively communicating our proposition and the copy is well-optimised for conversion and SEO.
