We are building our teams to support this growth and are now looking to find an experienced Senior Analyst to join us. This is a newly created role, giving our new hire the opportunity to develop the analytics function, ensuring we fully understand the needs of our customers, and the vast amount of business data we have created.

What you will do

  • Build out and manage the analytics process and team across the business 

  • Working with the growth, finance and product functions to define the process for effectively tracking our core metrics at scale

  • Evangelise for new analytical technology throughout the business, making sure we are always at the cutting edge of analytical capabilities

  • Build and maintain a data visualisation suite for use by individual teams, the leadership teams and external stakeholders through external dashboarding software (Datastudio, Looker etc)

  • Support the leadership team in presenting insights


Key Measures for success over the first six months


  • Built out dashboards and datasets for all business departments (Growth, Product, Finance, Operations, Pharmacy)

  • Help instill a data first culture to support decision making across the organisation

  • Over 50% of the business actively engaging with analytics packages 

  • Supported on all ad-hoc queries for senior management


Experience and skills we believe will be beneficial to the role 


  • 5 years of work experience in a lead analytics/data processing role

  • Previously worked with ETL, Data Warehousing and visualisation tools

  • Experience using industry leading tooling across a variety of packages, e.g. CDP’s and event-streaming services

  • Good working knowledge of at least 1 programming language (Python, R, JS)

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL – ideally some experience of working with BigQuery & Postgres

  • Highly numerate - not afraid of tackling large datasets and creating meaningful insights

  • Experience managing and running a team

  • Experience working with performance concepts including but not limited to

    • Customer retention modelling 

    • Performance Marketing data (spend, campaign etc)

    • Forecasting
