We're growing fast and we have some very exciting plans. We're looking for a Brand Designer to help us make them happen.

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Brand Designer who will work with our talented product and marketing teams and build the next generation of our mobile applications.  

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Creating visual assets for the brand
  • Creating engaging content for our social media channels
  • Updating web assets
  • Working with the rest of the marketing team to supply 10X visuals
  • General business wide design requests

What we’re really looking for:

  • Experience working and creating beautiful designs for multiple projects
  • Experience with usage of Figma, PhotoShop, AfterEffects, PremierPro
  • Nice to have used before (Blender, Canva, Webflow)
  • An obsession with good branding & brands
  • Able to make turn boring documents into beautifully branded presentations
  • Pixel perfect designs
  • Looking to work in an exciting, fast paced creative environment

Ideally you should have: 

  • Experience editing video
  • Experience with other creative tools (filming etc.)
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience working and evolving an existing brand

What we’re really looking for: âœï¸

Although we’re in the financial space, and under the scrutiny that comes with it, the current design team works well together, and even sometimes with a smile. We’re sure you’ve got the technical skills, otherwise you would have stopped reading by now, so let us be clear in what will make us want to work with you.

We want a real person, with interests outside of code, to join our work family. You could be a dancer, a gamer, a musician, a parent, a hockey fan, or even that one person that still writes Twilight fan-fiction. Doesn’t matter to us. At the interview stages will be looking for empathy, eq, fun stories, and ability to smile even when things are tough. Code monkeys need not apply.


  • £24,000- £26,000 per annum dependant on experience
  • Discretionary share option bonus every 6 months
  • Workplace pension scheme (Employer: 3% / Employee: 4% / Tax Relief: 1% / Total: 8%)

  1. Phone Screen with someone from our Talent team
  2. Video interview with the VP of Design and someone from the Growth team
  3. Final interview with the VP of People and someone from the Design team
