Business Executive Assistant (Execution Manager and Digital Advertising)
Overview of Role
The Business Executive Assistant role is part of Propeterra’s management training program for recent graduates. The purpose is to have the recruit work very closely with the CEO of the company as he fulfills various tasks and initiatives related to business development, sales, marketing, human resources, financing and general management of the firm. This training would then assist the candidate with transitioning to a role of operations manager, chief of staff, marketing manager, company secretary, or business development manager.
The Business Executive Assistant will also assist the CEO with duties related to other portfolio companies managed by the CEO primarily in the capacity of legal administration, company secretarial and compliance support, as well as any other legal related initiatives which may include private placements, IPO processes, M&A activities, legal dispute resolution or restructuring proceedings.
Travel may be required to Europe, Japan, China, Hong Kong and Singapore on an as needed basis (post COVID) for conference attendance but also for fundraising support or various legal matters. UK citizens will be given priority due to Entrepreneur Visa requirements of the CEO.
