An exciting opportunity to be an early member of a promising startup, we need help with our communications and how we engage with people at scale. Are you obsessed with brands that are community centric? Keen to do things differently and disrupt? Then keep reading!
Engage with and nurture the community of our clients on their behalf to help them use their crowd effectively. Success here will be measured in the number of successfully launched ideas, active members and contributions made by distinct community members.
Grow our own community of early adopters and product designers that want to help create new products. We’ll measure this in sign ups and the number of new ideas posted on the platform.
Manage and grow Fomova’s social presence on existing and new channels. Success will be measured in following growth and engagement.
You’ll do the above however you think it should be done. You’ll experiment and use the channels and content that make sense for us and our brand’s audience. You’ll define the audience too - who we should be speaking to, why, where and when.
The Ideal Candidate:
Manage and prioritise their own work and be accountable to the rest of the team. We need to see past evidence of a hands-on operator that does whatever it takes to get results.
We’re particularly looking for a hacker, or guerilla style marketer that can discover new and under-utlized methods of promotion and doesn’t just stick to what they know.
Most of all, we’re looking for an ambassador for the Fomova platform and the process of change we’re trying to bring to our clients.
