    The role

    We are looking for an innovative Growth marketing manager with a flair for building brands and driving leads through a range of online and social channels. This will involve scaling up existing marketing channels and launching new ones. This requires the day to day execution of campaigns and data led decision making. At the same time, you will use customer understanding and creative skills such as copywriting and design to create better ads and social content.

    Responsibilities will include

    • Developing strategic social media marketing plans, SEO and paid search to drive inbound leads and build brand awareness
    • Manage the production of brand lead content for paid social advertising campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
    • Send marketing emails to segments in the customer base to encourage and drive retention, activation, and referral
    • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns, create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
    • Manage external PR and negotiate on press releases and the PR strategy to drive awareness of the OhentPay brand in consumer and investor lead PR
    • Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product
    • Meet and exceed KPI targets
    • Represent OhentPay’s brand effectively at industry events and on social channels

    Who we’re looking for

    • 3+ years experience in high growth and fast-paced enterprise
    • Experienced in PPC, paid social, paid search, SEO
    • A proven track record of building, implementing and improving startup performance marketing strategies
    • Experience building and scaling your own startup is a huge plus
    • Industry experience in Fintech, FX and remittance is a huge plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Analytical, logical and data-driven approach to problem-solving

    What we offer
