Pirical is looking to hire a Sales Executive with the ambition and energy needed to really accelerate our growth.

Our sales team is hugely influential across Pirical. We hold relationships with our customers and hold the power to grow our brand. The team is a bunch of data-driven strategists who are commercially minded and love being part of a mission-driven startup that is solving real-world problems.

You will be responsible for selling our Pirical On Demand SaaS tool meaning the main focus of this role will be to manage the full sales cycle which will give you the chance to have a strong influence over our plans to scale our POD user base.
Building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with key contacts at some of the UK’s biggest law firms is very influential in the success of POD so far. As POD was launched in 2020 it is still a relatively new product to many of our clients so we expect you to become a true evangelist for POD, knowing the product inside-out and be excited by sharing its true power to Law firms in demo’s and trails.

- You will own the end to end sales cycle, from lead generation through to onboarding, and take pride in developing and maintaining your client relationships
- You will represent the market-leading product in this space, building relationships with some of the worlds leading law firms.
- You will be looking for new prospects and generating qualified leads within the UK legal market
- You will understand how to run the sales process from start to finish, from prospecting to setting up video calls, organising demos and trials, and finally negotiating and closing the deal
- You will hold strong relationships with our customers, and while we are still growing, you will be responsible for nurturing those relationships and ensuring the customers are successful with our product
- You will be engaged with the product development of the tool, playing a key role sitting between our customers and their feedback, and our tech team
- You will be excellent at keeping track of your progress, communicating with the sales team, and reporting your metrics
- You will be working closely with marketing, ensuring our strategies are aligned and we are being as effective as possible with all routes to market
- You will pride yourself on intelligence, resilience and holding amazing people skills
