    Sourceful helps businesses with product sourcing for their supply chains, from packaging (boxes, tape, envelopes, stationery) to finished goods using technology to digitise and optimise the sourcing flow. 75% of the carbon impact in an industry comes from the supply chain (product and logistics). With the development of new materials, better energy sources and consumer awareness, the momentum is shifting, but we want to accelerate that change.


    Sourceful was founded in June 2020 by Wing Chan, Ex-CMO and CTO at The Hut Group (LSE:THG £1Bn in Revenues in 2019) and is Venture Capital backed by some of the leading angels and investors in Europe. 


    We’re looking for an ambitious Performance Marketing Manager who wants to join a mission-driven start-up. This role reports into our Head of Marketing. The role will involve working cross-functionally within the business in order to develop and drive our digital marketing strategy.

    About the role

      • As Performance Marketing Manager at Sourceful, your core responsibility will be to build a digital marketing strategy that identifies how we reach our target audience and achieve our target revenue. You will:

      • Drive strategy as well as set-up, manage and optimise performance marketing campaigns.

      • Own the analytical reporting of campaigns across all channels and use data to inform existing and future activities.

      • Identify and implement new customer initiatives to drive growth targets.

      • Manage the budget of all performance marketing campaigns.

      • Work closely with content and creative teams to brief and optimise design creative for performance campaign needs.

    About you

      • Our goal is to build a mission-driven environment for top talent with a desire to do their best work. To that end, we are flexible on your experience and specific skillsets. However, we would generally expect to see:

      • Proven experience launching and managing paid digital marketing campaigns including search, display and paid social.

      • Hands-on experience building AdWords campaigns and Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube campaigns.

      • Strong grasp of the overall digital marketing ecosystem and the role that different channels play.

      • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that reach, engage, inform and convert.

      • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimise performance.

      • Experience with digital marketing to a B2B audience.
