We are searching for a talented individual to join an exceptional early-stage team in a Customer Success role. Reporting to the Founder, the role will be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to work on a flexible basis, with a highly collaborative and vision-oriented team.
Build and maintain relationships with our members, with a real focus on customer experience and ensuring members are actively making bookings on the platform
Lead customer discovery calls and upsell Tally Markey products and services
Deliver a high level of engaging customer service at all times
Attend to all general enquiries received via email, telephone and our live chat
Consistently reach and exceed monthly KPIs set by your line manager
Contribute to the overall success of the team and reaching business targets
Skills and Background
You have a relentless drive to deliver results and are highly motivated
You are a natural at building relationships with all stakeholders
Previous experience in customer success is preferable
You thrive working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have the ability to multitask and switch focus at short notice
