We are searching for a talented individual to join an exceptional early-stage team in a Customer Success role. Reporting to the Founder, the role will be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to work on a flexible basis, with a highly collaborative and vision-oriented team.


  • Build and maintain relationships with our members, with a real focus on customer experience and ensuring members are actively making bookings on the platform
  • Lead customer discovery calls and upsell Tally Markey products and services 
  • Deliver a high level of engaging customer service at all times
  • Attend to all general enquiries received via email, telephone and our live chat
  • Consistently reach and exceed monthly KPIs set by your line manager
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team and reaching business targets

Skills and Background

  • You have a relentless drive to deliver results and are highly motivated 
  • You are a natural at building relationships with all stakeholders
  • Previous experience in customer success  is preferable 
  • You thrive working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have the ability to multitask and switch focus at short notice
  • Ability to work effectively autonomously
  • Naturally collaborative, self-motivated & adaptable
