The Role.

This will be the first hire in what will form a new team in the business. You will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships to drive the rapid growth of Guider’s new business activities. You will be looking to partner with other organisations that work with similar stakeholders to Guider and similar-sized organisations. You will also have a creative approach to finding opportunities to scale. You most likely have a growth hacking mentality. Once the partnerships function has demonstrated growth, you may be requested in the future to scale the team and hire new partnership managers.


About you.

  • 7+ years min experience in a Sales or Partnership role.

  • Experience with working with large enterprise customers.

  • Deep understanding of the channel partner ecosystem.

  • Ability to hold conversations with C-Suite execs.

  • Proven track record of exceeding targets.

  • .Impeccable communication, written and spoken.

  • Previous experience working in a startup or scale-up, ideally in a b2b SaaS.

  • Huge passion for our space.

  • Prior experience in our industry landscape and knowledge of trends and opportunities.

  • Highly entrepreneurial.

  • Managerial experience, with experience training others to make good decisions.

  • Highly Entrepreneurial.

  • A team player, who wants to add to the culture we are building.
